Time of arrival / Departure

Arrival :

We will do everything possible to ensure that your bedroom is ready as early as possible.

You welcome you from 4.00pm up to 8.00 pm.

Departure :

Hotel bedrooms and swimming pool must be vacated before 11.00 p.m.

We thank you in advance for being willing to respect these schedules to allow us to offer you the best welcome.

GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS :

Individual booking :

We do not take deposit and ask for a credit card number (visa , mastercard)  to secure and confirm reservation.

Cancellation conditions :

Starting from the first of August, the sanitary rules change. In order to welcome you in the best conditions, you shall present, at your arrival, a sanitary-pass, or a negativ test of less than 48hours, or a certificat of recovery of Covid-19.

COVID 19: Cancellation possible in case of lockdown announced by the government – (cases of suspicion are not a valid reason for cancellation)

No charge if the cancellation is 14 days prior your arrival.

Less than 14 days before the expected arrival date: 100 % of the stay will be debited.

Early departure (shortened stay) and No-show: 100 % of the stay will be debited.

The car park:

There are 8 parking spaces available near the entrance of Le Clos de Grace.

Bicycles:

If you want to discover the surrounding area we have 4 adults’ bicycles which you can borrow free of charge.

Animals:

For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept animals in our accommodation.
